ticket #8677672 --Have had several issues with ironSource keeping their word. Have completed several of their offers and was really good at the start but recently I have completed several tasks and when disputed they denied without a reason. I showed proof of completion by sending screen shots of Google play for my in-app purchase, and a screenshot of my account in several games showing that I had completed the task. Iron Source media said I had failed to complete the offer but never looked.

One of the worst ad networks I have ever used. The documentation and the current dashboard is different from each other. instructions provided in the docs are not updated. I contacted the support team about a week ago still no reply. I switched to another ad network.

Their a bunch of non responsive thrives. The 5* reviews are all fake and so is their business acumen. They end up as a 3rd party in a ton of other apps and ruin the sub culture of those titles as well. They never respond to issues and basically give you the finger when asked what needs to be done. Stay clear of this trap. There are plenty of good apps out there that payout but this ones bends you over ever chance it gets and you won't see it coming til it has already wasted a ton of your time.
