About this app

Turn your phone into a premium remote for your Samsung TV.

TV Remote uses your phone's built-in IR blaster to control your Samsung TV directly, just like the original remote. There's no Wi-Fi, no pairing and no account. Point your phone at the TV and press.

Designed to feel like real hardware
Tactile, sculpted buttons that press in and glow, with a haptic tap on every key. A clean dark design that's easy on the eyes in a dark room. A status light flashes each time a signal is sent, so you know the remote is working.

Everything your remote does
• Power, Source, Home, Menu, Back
• Large circular navigation pad with OK
• Volume and Channel buttons: hold to keep changing
• Mute and Channel List
• Full number keypad with Previous Channel
• Play, Pause, Stop, Rewind, Fast Forward
• Red, Green, Yellow and Blue color keys
• Info, Guide, Tools and Exit
• Separate Power On and Power Off buttons

Works with Samsung TVs from every era
Samsung has used the same IR signal for decades, so TV Remote works with older LCD and plasma sets as well as modern Smart TVs, QLED, Neo QLED, OLED, The Frame and Crystal UHD models.

If your TV doesn't respond, open Settings and step through the device codes with the Test button until it does.

Why IR?
• Works instantly, with no network setup
• Works when the TV isn't connected to Wi-Fi
• Works with older non-smart TVs
• No internet permission. Your data stays on your phone

Requirements
Your phone must have an IR blaster (infrared emitter). Most Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO phones have one, as do some Honor, Huawei, Vivo and other models. The app tells you right away if your phone doesn't have one.

Tips
• Point the top edge of your phone at the TV
• Stay within about 5 meters (16 feet)
• If some buttons don't work, try another device code in Settings
