HOW IT WORKS:

1. Schedule a tour at one or more of our communities and a friendly Leasing Associate will contact you to create customized tours based on your preferences - such as location, apartment size, amenities, price, and pet policies.

2. Download TourGuide to verify your identity and view your tour. Launch the app when you arrive at your appointment time and follow the step-by-step personalized tour map to explore seamlessly on your schedule.

3. Contact us via live chat, email or phone to answer any questions as you tour communities, and start the easy application process from the app when you find the perfect home.

Ratings and reviews

The app took forever to load, so I had to wait 25 minutes to start the tour. The location wasn't accurate, and it ended up being too complicated. I wasted about 1 hour total of my time, didn't tour any of the apartments, and just left. Really, not everything needs an app. It really would've just been easier to have a human show me the apartments I needed to view. Quite frustrating 👎🏾

App does not work. It's used to locate you and follow you along as it unlocks doors and guides you through the apartment complex. However, none of these features work. Location is inaccurate, doors will not unlock no matter how close you are to the location, and it guides you towards the wrong path since the location tracking doesn't work. This experience convinced me to never take a look at another Irvine Company property again.

fantastic concept for self tour. a bit inaccurate at times but was able to reach someone easily to resolve issues
