GST - Management of Remotely Assisted Substations is ISA ENERGIA's operational application for managing service requests at installations and supporting field teams and the Operations Center (COT).
Main functionalities:
- Receiving and monitoring operational service requests.
- Recording and updating of activities during service.
- Monitoring of travel to service incidents.
- Real-time status communication and management support.
For travel monitoring to function correctly during service, the app uses background location with foreground service (notification visible to the user), even when the app is minimized or the screen is locked. This usage is essential to maintain continuous updates of travel and estimated service time.
The user can interrupt this operation by logging out of the application.
