Paguei um valor excedente de R$19,90 para que a entrega fosse feita entre 8:00 e 13:00. O prazo não foi respeitado. Agora são 14:30 e a entrega parece ainda não ter sido feita de acordo com o atendimento WhatsApp da empresa e a funcionalidade de rastreamento do site da empresa. É constrangedor que um consumidor tenha que lembrar uma floricultura online que se coloca como intermediadora entre clientes e floriculturas que prazo de entrega é quase tão importante quanto o produto.

Uso o serviço deles há 10 anos! Acertam todas!!
