Makes it harder to deactivate an account. Can't even change your phone number, because they said it was like a bank account that can't be change easily. What a stupid reason. You also have to upgrade your account with verifying you with your real identity and private information to request an account deletion. Oh wow, very suspicious request I've ever seen. I'm sadly not gonna move to this one. Other e-Wallet apps makes it possible to change your phone number, while this one can't.

I don't know why I even bothered to download the app again after it failed me every darn time. Thought after months it would be different, thought it has improved to become much easier and faster to log onto but NO, didn't even pass the first step since verification check code never arrived although I've tried many times. App is pure shite. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME on downloading it.

Complicated, you are about to be suggested linking between your i.saku and Indomaret Pointku apps, as a registered person it doesn't matter tho, BUT, when you are about doing payment you need to have BOTH apps installed for verify the payment, the idea is cool having your own e-wallet app and shopping app, but people are into the simple things, why bother linking when you need two apps for the transactions. Sorry My prev edit was bit too much, I know U guys working too, but it could be better.
