I downloaded the app and it asked me to put in two codes, one via text and one via email. The email one came but the text was never delivered even tho I tried resending it. I even tried sending it to my second phone number. Still no code. Fix the issues and maybe I'll try again. Thank you.

Hahaha, it was quite a joke - downloaded the app and scanned the QR at the vending machine. Nothing happened, as it was for other users there. I called the number listed for technical issues and they claimed their technician would be down in an hour's time, and suggested I could switch on and off the vending machine on their behalf...

Thanks for your feedback. The machine jammed up due to overwhelming demand and issue was resolved within an hour. Both machines in Cineleisure and Suntec have dispensed more than 300 samples since then. Request you to kindly try again at any of these two locations. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
