Skat is a game of strategy and skill. Many also use Skat for memory training, because in the long run only those who are fit in the head will win. Think about stimuli, count carefully, adapt your strategy flexibly to the course of the game and always be open-minded to learn something new, because Skat is an enormously varied game.

With our app, we try to reproduce Skat as comprehensively and realistically as possible on mobile devices. The app is not aimed at children, but is designed for adults. According to German law, Skat is not a game of chance. There is no money and no prizes to be won in our app. Gaming practice and / or success in casino games without a win ("social casino games") does not necessarily mean that the participant concerned will also be successful in future games for real money.

Ratings and reviews

This is for real one of the best digital apps for a physical game I've ever played. its loaded with features from gameplay analysis to puzzles. The only problem is that all of the AI advice and all the puzzles are in German. Even the rules are in German. I can't fault a German company for making a German game in their own tongue, but the game advertises an English mode, and as an English speaker I have to take a star away for this false advertising

The gameplay and animations are solid. However, if you don't speak German, be aware that even with the English translations selected, much of the interface and dialogue does not translate. The upside is that I am learning more German this way, I guess, but the language barrier is making it harder to understand the actual game.

Fun and the interface works reasonably well. The voice acting is a surprisingly nice touch. It could maybe do with the more ambient noise though. It's worth noting that I haven't tried the online version. Disappointing that the tutorial mode is only in German. The text box used for it is also too small for Google Translate to work well, since a whole sentence will often not fit in a single box. Also sad that the ad free version (Skat HD) isn't available in for purchase in the US.
