About this app

Safe Notes is a notepad application that stores your notes in a secure manner using 128 bit encryption and provides quick & easy access using a simple pin number or a secret question/answer (can be used like a password instead of pin). Notes can be identified using a separate title instead of just the first line of the note. Safe Notes stores all your data on the device instead of uploading your personal information to the internet. Safe Notes is easy to use and provides a simple interface. Safe Notes is a secure and easy to use notepad application.

Remembers login for 1 minute so you do not have to login again if you navigate away for a short time.

Delete notes by long tapping on a note in the list.

Please update and run Safe Notes before upgrading to Gingerbread (Android 2.3). This is required to ensure you will be able to access your notes after upgrading your phone/device.

I've used this app for years and love it. Lately though there seems to be no way to add a title to any new note you want to add, it just comes as "No Title" in the list. My guess is that the top banner showing "Safe Notes Pro 4.9.91" is covering the input box for the title. Hopefully a fix will be incoming soon. Phone is OnePlus Nord N10 5G, Android v11. Thanks. Adding "Change Title" to the existing "Edit Note" and "Delete Note" in the note list context menu would work too.

The heading covers the content at the top of the screen. Not sure when this happened, it was not like that before. Maybe a faulty update. Otherwise, it is ok. I have been using it for years. Please fix it.

Used Pro for yrs, only complaint is back up to Google is not encrypted. Hard to change phone without copy & paste from SD card
