This app supports end users on migrating their devices including backup and restore of SMS, call logs and contacts and guides them during the process.
During migration the following content is saved and restored in a backup:
- Call logs
- Contacts
- SMS
This App needs access to the following permission:
- SMS and call log permission
This includes access to the following information:
- Call logs: Backup and Restore Call Logs.
- Contacts: Backup and Restore Contacts.
- SMS: Backup and Restore messages. Receive SMS permission needed to properly handle messages received while the app is the default messaging app.
- Notifications: To show a notification after the migration is finished.
