About this game

The Root is a word game born from the suffix structure of the Turkish language: you start with a root, and you extend the word by adding letters. Eye → Glasses → Optician → Opticianry... Every valid word you find becomes a new branch on your tree. At the end of the day, you don't have a scoreboard, but your own word tree specific to that day.

HOW TO PLAY
• Add letters to the root on the screen; if the resulting word is in the dictionary, your tree branches out. • Longer chains bring more points. • If you find all the words that can be found for a root, your tree becomes GOLD. • No time limit, no countdown, no lives. No losing.

DAILY TREE
Every day, everyone is given the same three roots. Same day, same roots, different minds. When you reach the goal of the day, the day ends, and the trees of that day are planted in your garden.

One root, one goal: the deepest chain. Short, sharp, shareable.

FREE GARDEN
A random root whenever you want. Limitless, aimless, calm.

DUEL
Send a link to your friend: who can grow more words from the same root? The link comes from the chat, the game opens, and you see two trees side by side. No account, no registration, no server — the invitation is carried within the link itself. The invitation sent by your friend on iPhone also opens.

MY GARDEN
You add a tree to your garden every day you complete. As the cool grows, your garden becomes richer; a day you miss is forgiven every 7 days.

MY WORD NOTEBOOK
Every word you discover is recorded in your notebook. Search, return, listen aloud.

DICTIONARY
A carefully compiled Turkish dictionary of 93,564 words — all on your device. Compiled from open-source word lists; TDK content is not used. If you come across a word you think is not in the dictionary, you can mark it.

DAILY REMINDER (optional)
You can receive a single reminder in the evening if you wish — only if you haven't grown your tree for that day yet. It is OFF by default, turned on in Settings. You won't receive a notification on days you're already playing.

ABOUT ADS — LET'S BE HONEST
There are no ads on the game screen. No ads appear while growing trees or adding letters — not even banners. This is a promise:
• Banner ads only appear on NON-GAME screens: My Garden, My Notebook, and Settings. They never go below the game area. • Interstitial ads only appear when a session ENDS: closing the end-of-day report card, exiting the Chain Master result, or requesting a new root in Free Garden. Frequency is limited. • No ads on startup. The first second is your game. • Reward ads are entirely your choice: hint, bonus root, series save. The first hint of the day is ad-free. If you don't watch it, the game works the same way. • You will still receive the reward if the ad fails to load. The button keeps its promise.

PLAYED OFFLINE
The dictionary remains on your device. Internet is only needed for ads; you can play on a plane or subway.

PRIVACY
You are not asked to create an account. We don't ask for your name, email, location, or contact list. Your trees, garden, cool air, notebook, and settings remain only on your device; no game data goes to our server. We have no analytics.

ACCESSIBILITY
Texts conform to system font size. The screen is navigable with TalkBack. If system animations are off, movements are instantaneous transitions. Sound and vibration can be turned off. Light and dark themes, natural palette that changes with the season.

Note: Origin is a dictionary discovery game, not a spell checker — surprises like "kar → kart" are part of the discovery, not the mistake.
