The long unnecessary shipping without decent options for replacement parts has left me no choice but to go with a different brand of electric skateboards than isinwheel. I wish they would put them on Amazon for more realistic delivery speeds.

S10plus 1/28/2024 Update Isinwheel Rep Jessica sent info for connecting scooter to App. Turn on bluetooth ,press the ON/OFF button 8 times to reset scooter bluetooth mode,you will hear two beeps and then you will be able to connect to the App. App connects and disconnects often. I won't lock the scooter in App. Tried contacting customer service. Still sending photos and video. Bluetooth won't flash in order to sync. Hopefully they'll send clear instructions. Cruise control is in the app.

Always crashes! Can't even use the app properly. It works fine when you first download it but the second you log in/ sign up it starts crashing. I love the idea behind the app , you can lock the scooter and see your stats. But seeing as it always crashes and doesn't work I can only give it 1 star
