Important for Universal Remote:

First Step Remove the batteries,
Second step Press and release each button a couple of times to see if you can free the stuck button.
Third Step while Replacing cells in remote check during replacement of batteries.
if you continue see a light or infrared rays than may be button will be pressed again.
