Authentic hadiths established by the great Imam Abu Abdullah traditionalist Muhammad bin Ismail Al-Bukhary, who by the work of a lifetime made the first classification of authentic hadiths (sahih). Known as the most authentic book after the Holy Qur'an, the al-Bukhary work contains over nine thousand chosen from six hundred thousand hadiths.
What distinguishes the Sahih al Bukhary other collections of tradition, is summed up in this: the two conditions set by the author must be completed by the Rawy for his hadith is accepted. The first: the Rawy must be contemporary to that which he received the hadith. The second is the direct contact of two Rawy.
