Very bad experience with their service. I ordered 2 books, 1 book with 2qty and other with 1qty... Issues I encountered: 1. The books were not dispatched within 2days as they claim. It took about 5days to dispatch my complete order. 2. Customer service is pathetic, Out of 3 numbers mentioned on website only 1 number responded on WhatsApp at their own time of convenience. 3. The book I ordered 2qty of, had only 1qty sent and even after sending photos, texts their response was really lame.

After installing the App, the icon has not appeared on my screen. After opening the app too, I tried to search for options which other apps have, for the icon to appear on the screen, but to no avail. I hv to go through typing the web address everytime for my sister who is not mobile savvy.

Not yet bought anything but if I talk about the app it's very slow. And the most important there is no search bar which is inconvenient for searching anything. Menu bar is okay but there should be a search bar along with that. Looking forward to shop with it 🙂
