This app drives me absolutely nuts. It is the most inefficient app I have on my phone. While it has biometrics, every now and then it decides that it's not going to use them, and this always happens at the most inconvenient time! When this happens I have to put my password in. Because of security it's very long and complicated. So I need to get home to get to my password Bank, which is at home, so the app is pretty much useless quite often.

It's OK when it works. Lately I haven't been able to use the app at all. Saying "an error has occurred, your disk may be full or you may be experiencing connectivity issues. Please try again" I have tried on cellular and wifi, I have cleared the app cache, deleted and reinstalled, reboot the phone etc. It's a very clunky app, very rigid and 2000's web page like. So simple that it just doesn't work!

(Update: 12/2023 the app freezes up constantly!! )Ok so I'm not sure why this app refuses to show your credit card transactions. I've had this app for yrs now and multiple updates still nothing . Their answer is just go to the website to see it. Unacceptable!!! External transfers would be nice too. UPDATE: 3/22 the app still hasnt changed. They can change the logo but not the app. Its just lazy.
