Description
17hats is the complete system that helps automate, organize, and optimize small business management for freelancers and entrepreneurs. You'll need a 17hats account in order to use this app, but you're awesome, so you probably already have one.

Workflows
Always know what stage a client project is in. View every phase and item in your workflows, review quotes, contracts, and invoices and take care of tasks. You needed 'em, so we put 'em in your pocket.

Leads
View incoming lead capture responses and respond instantly so you’ll never miss out on a new client.

Projects
Client projects are your seedlings. Watch them grow and quickly see when they need watering. Add them on the go to always keep things moving forward.

Manage Contacts
Create, edit, or view. What you do with them is your business (literally).

Universal Search
Easily find anything from an invoice to a client to a contract in a snap. Now, if we could only find our keys…

View Day's Schedule
Exactly how it sounds: view what you need to do and where you need to be at a glance. Very handy for those extra busy days.

Ratings and reviews

App freezes up as soon as I open it. I had a chat going on the web version and today, opening the app is a "rate your experience" box regarding the chat. Click and nothing happens. X out of it to do something else and it pops back up in whatever I'm trying to do. Also very sluggish. Probably not going to be using the app. Desktop is great!

The app was not working with my previous phone, LG g8, and I thought it was an issue with either the network or the device. I upgraded yesterday to the OnePlus 9, the app is still not loading up to even sign in. I am a bit disappointed that my business is now on standby until I have access to a computer for some of my workflow actions.

I'm glad there's been a solution to the app crashing frequently but I really wish there were more options in this app as there are on the desktop version. The app is very limited compared to what you can do on your desktop. Though there are limitations for the app, it's still very useful.
