ISP Copilot is the work app for the team of internet service providers (ISPs) using the ISP Copilot platform. Technicians, collectors, support, and administrators log in with the account their company creates for them on the dashboard, and each person sees only the information relevant to their role.
TECHNICIANS
• Daily work orders in order, with directions, "Running on time," and customer call notifications.
• Step-by-step installations: photos, measurements, materials scanned by serial number or barcode, customer signature, and service report.
• Configure the service and connect the customer to the network after installation.
• On-site diagnostics and equipment checks at the customer's home.
• Your vehicle inventory.
COLLECTORS
• Your portfolio and daily route on the map.
• Record payments made in cash, by bank transfer, or via Bre-B, with instant printing of receipts on a Bluetooth thermal printer.
• Payment promises and unpaid visits with photos.
• Your daily cash register.
• Validate payment receipts.
SUPPORT AND CHAT
• Assigned cases, with their history.
• The company's WhatsApp on your phone: conversations, photos, voice notes, and saved replies.
ADMINISTRATION
• Clients, accounts receivable, cash register, and network alerts, showing who is affected by each outage.
• The network map, with its nodes and equipment.
NO SIGNAL
What you do without a network is saved on your phone and uploads automatically, in order, when service is restored.
NOTICES
A new order, an assigned conversation, or a receipt to review will arrive on your phone even when the app is closed.
