Draw it, admire it, display it. And then, something more.
IspeAI turns a single illustration into an AI assistant. Your character appears over your home screen and other apps, and replies in chat with the personality and voice you give it.
IspeAI is made for enjoying conversation with a character. It is not a tool for looking things up, writing text, or setting reminders.
Showing the character requires the "Display over other apps" permission, requested on the start screen.
■ From a single picture to a moving character
Add one illustration and the app finds the eyes and mouth automatically. You can also set them by hand and fine-tune the size and angle.
Anime-style illustrations with a transparent background (PNG) work best. Realistic and animal-style art is not supported, and pictures with an open mouth or heavy facial shadows do not animate well.
Alternate expressions (smiling, blushing, surprised, sad, eyes closed) can be added, and change to match the conversation. Blinking works without them.
No illustration of your own? Pick a character from the gallery instead — their face positions are already set.
■ Personality and voice
Set its name, personality, way of speaking, how it calls you, how it relates to you, and more. All of it can be changed later, or left blank.
Choose from 18 voices (6 male, 12 female), with more planned. The voice can be turned off at any time, and replies come back faster with it off.
■ On screen
Drag to move, pinch to resize, tap to open the input field, press and hold for the menu.
The character is hidden while the IspeAI app is open, and appears when you leave it.
■ About conversations
How many times you can talk per day depends on your plan. To keep talking after the day's allowance runs out, you can add Conversation Tokens. They are used once the allowance is gone, and they do not expire.
With the paid SPIRA and ANIMA plans, you can choose the conversation mode and the reply length.
Deep mode: replies are thought through more carefully. Each reply uses more of your daily allowance than usual.
Long: replies come back two to three times longer than Short. With the voice on, the wait before a reply increases.
Conversation history is stored only on your device. It is not stored on our servers, and you can delete it at any time.
■ Community
You can post your own illustrations, and browse what others share even if you do not post. Posting requires linking a Google account, and posted images are checked automatically.
For creators: you can list your activity platforms on your profile. Posts and advertising unrelated to illustration are not allowed.
■ Gems and Secret Expressions
Some gallery characters, speech bubble decorations, and similar items can be bought with the in-app currency "Gems".
Paid characters may include "Secret Expressions" that appear rarely during conversation, with a 2% chance per reply. The number each one has is shown in the gallery. Paying more does not make them appear more often.
■ Before you start
Requirements: Android 7.0 or later. Works on tablets, but built for phones.
Illustrations you add, personality and voice settings, and conversation history are stored only on your device. Changing or resetting your device, or deleting the app, may cause this data to be lost, and we are not able to restore it. Please keep your own copy of any illustration you register.
Your Gem balance, plan, purchases, and Secret Expression records can be carried over by linking a Google account.
Replies are generated by AI and are not always correct. For medical, legal, or financial matters, always consult a professional.
