About this app

ISPresencias is the time tracking app for employees of companies using ISPresencias.

With it, you can clock in and out from your mobile phone, check your hours, and manage your absences without going to the office.

CLOCK IN WITH ONE TOUCH
Clock in, take breaks, and clock out from the main screen. A timer shows you how long you've worked today.

WORKS OFFLINE
If you clock in from a basement, warehouse, or anywhere without cell service, the clock-in is saved on your phone and sent automatically when the connection is restored. You don't have to do anything.

YOUR HOURS, ALWAYS AT YOUR FINGERTIPS
View your monthly history: the hours for each day, your breaks, and who approved each absence.

VACATIONS AND LEAVE
Request vacations and leave directly from the calendar. Attach supporting documentation by taking a photo. And check the status of each request.

YOUR DATA AND DOCUMENTS
Review your profile, contract, and documents. Update your phone number, email, or address when they change.

SECURE ACCESS
Your session is protected with your fingerprint or facial recognition on your own device. No one else can open the application, even if they have your phone.

MULTIPLE COMPANIES, ONE ACCOUNT
If you work for more than one company that uses ISPresencias, you log in once and switch between them.

IN SEVEN LANGUAGES
Spanish, Catalan, Basque, Galician, English, French, and Portuguese.

COMPLIANCE WITH WORK TIME REGISTRATION
ISPresencias records working hours in accordance with Spanish regulations. Your company has the record, and you can consult yours whenever you want.

IMPORTANT
This application is for employees of companies that already have an ISPresencias contract. You need your company to grant you access. It is not possible to register on your own.
