The original version of this app was probably the best on the market. Now, since the 'upgrade,' it is now close to the bottom due to the constant problems with non notifications, crashes, poor mapping and tracking, and inability to change alert sounds from a little ding-dong to something that would get your attention. I have had to go back to my fire pager in order to make sure I get the calls, because I can't trust this app to do it now.

When we first started using this app, it was great! After the last few updates it has been terrible! It only opens part of the time, then you'll have it crash in the middle of using it and it'll take forever to restart. The majority of our department is extremely disappointed with it. I know we're looking at other programs to replace it, which is too bad, because like I said, it was great!

This app is very hard to understand on Android devices. There are no options for different types of sound notifications. Also, it is very temperamental. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the app. It is very disappointing to miss calls. The old version was much more reliable.
