The original version of this app was probably the best on the market. Now, since the 'upgrade,' it is now close to the bottom due to the constant problems with non notifications, crashes, poor mapping and tracking, and inability to change alert sounds from a little ding-dong to something that would get your attention. I have had to go back to my fire pager in order to make sure I get the calls, because I can't trust this app to do it now.

This latest version just pushed to existing users is almost unusable. App constantly crashes, you have to force close and reopen for continued use. Messaging doesnt work. New dashboard is difficult to view. Closed calls dont refresh. Call logs are not chronological and filled with useles responder status. The entire department is asking for a way to reinstall the previous version, or look for a replacement. We are unable to depend on this app for Critical 911 reponse and updates.

For an app that many first Responders rely on for information, it is very unreliable since the latest updates months ago. Right now it was acting up and super slow at bringing up calls. So I reinstalled it and now I can't even login. It really needs to be fixed so emergency workers can rely on it again.
