Can't open or download any files, even files that were before in application. It happens after the last update

I was having same issue of opening my payslips and other documents, after reported to Bahri, and after developers latest 1.2.8 update my issue has been solved.

I try to sign up using my email, password and confirm password but the response is "there is no user registered with that email" I try to sign in using the email and password that I used for signing up. The response is "Invalid user/password combination or try again". What should I do to register? we are only givin untill September to be familiar with this app
