This app is ok, helped us use card instead of cash for laundry at our hotel. However, it is incredibly slow and prone to failing. The other languages feature doesn't translate everything. For example on the payments screen, the bottom half was not translated and I had to ask a staff member at the hotel what it said because I could not submit the transaction. It turns out it was asking for an email.

Two machines next to each other. Put my clothes into one and scanned the QR code. Google pay payment failed, fine. Managed to pay with a credit card, but the app added time to the other machine. Could not even pause to move my clothes over. Would be a funny joke if it didn't cost me money. Should have known from the app ratings that it would be unreliable.

Horrible. Didn't work after 10 minutes trying. The first two steps failed until the 3rd or 5th retry and the 3rd step (payment) failed like 6 times until I gave up, on both payment choices (Gpay or Card). The errors are the system is congested or another generic error.
