This app is ok, helped us use card instead of cash for laundry at our hotel. However, it is incredibly slow and prone to failing. The other languages feature doesn't translate everything. For example on the payments screen, the bottom half was not translated and I had to ask a staff member at the hotel what it said because I could not submit the transaction. It turns out it was asking for an email.

Two machines next to each other. Put my clothes into one and scanned the QR code. Google pay payment failed, fine. Managed to pay with a credit card, but the app added time to the other machine. Could not even pause to move my clothes over. Would be a funny joke if it didn't cost me money. Should have known from the app ratings that it would be unreliable.

I have been using this app for long such as around 6 months, it is prone to failing the transactions even though my registered payments work itself, until now the app has been failing payments and has not been doing it correctly which does not let me do my laundry.
