It is an application that is concerned with publishing the fatwas of Imam Khamenei, the leader (his shadow may last), and it relies on reliable sources to publish jurisprudential opinions.
As the fatwas in this application are taken from the polls issued by his Eminence’s office in Tehran, without addition or subtraction.
This application includes several sections:
Section one: Fiqh books.
It contains the book Tahrir Al-Wasila by Imam Khomeini (his Qadha) with its two sections - Worship and Transactions - in addition to the new issues added by the late Imam at the end of the book.
Answers to Referendums, which is the comprehensive book of the fatwas of Imam Leader Khamenei (may his shadow last) with the latest updates and changes to fatwas and issues. The electronic version issued by the office in Tehran has been approved.
The rites of Hajj and Umrah, which is the rite issued by the office of Leader Khamenei (may his shadow last), and the electronic version issued by the office in Tehran was approved.
Jurisprudential terminology, which is based on the statement of the vocabulary contained in the book Tahrir al-Wasila by Imam Khomeini (Qeddah) with the addition of what the taxpayer needs to clarify some of the jurisprudential vocabulary.
Section Two: New Referendums.
This section of the application is constantly updating doctrinal issues, and any legal referendum is added to it, and all followers of the application reach the latest referendums and changes.
It is classified in a technical way according to the legal titles, so that it is easy for the taxpayers to find any issue under the title assigned to it.
Section Three: Popular Referendums.
As for this section, it depends on publishing the issues that are frequently asked about by the general taxpayers.

Section IV: Fatwas of taxpayers.
This section of the application focuses on the fatwas that new taxpayers (from 13 to 15 years old) need.
