DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY I was told by their joke of a support team that I'd receive an email for payment once the package had arrived to their address. That was 3 days ago, and no one has bothered to write back or respond to multiple support requests i've opened. Their app has a support option, and you can't even enter one sentence into the details field, as the app stops accepting character entry. They are costing me $1000 in apparently lost or ignored shipments..

Started off well but I don't get the international shipping cost discrepancy. They don't give you details before hand. Also communication takes forever for feedback or response.

Customer service keeps getting WORSE and WORSE. Been using this service since inception and I've seen them grow. However, the more they grow, the worst their service delivery gets. Customer service is the worst, followed by reliability. It's sad how you can start so well and then begin dipping once things starts to take off. Paid air parcels get routed by sea, no communication, no we're sorry, no update, nothing, until customer gets really upset. I'm already searching for alternatives.
