The app keeps crashing on certain categories. Tried clearing my cache, reinstalling the app, logging into wifi. The staff said they don't see the problem with other customers. Very unfortunate experience.

Really poor app. When you open the app you can't change the "dine in" to "takeaway" (even though they can't offer dine in at the moment) until you've changed the outlet to a different one and changed it back again. When you add something to your shopping cart, there is absolutely no way to take it out of the cart again. Or cancel your order and start again. If you try to change store and change back again to see if that trick works a second time (it doesn't), it keeps your order - but randomly wipes all the modifiers (such as no mayo). When you finally get to the end they tell you they'll only accept credit cards issued by one bank. A really good example of how not to write an app.

my membership got cancelled without any notifications or email to me, and all my accumulated points are gone. I think an auto renew if there are sufficient points in the system works better than just wiping out everything when there is no notification at all on the membership status.
