I downloaded this app on my tablet for work (healthcare) and it won't link to my laptop. It just keeps saying installed but I can't get it on my laptop and I need to print off certificates for the courses that I've taken but I can't from my tablet. I uninstalled it, hoping I could re-install on my laptop but no-go. It still is saying that the app is installed. Can you please reset this so I can install it normally on my laptop? Thank you so much Sheri
