The ITAN: Management Balance mobile client is designed to connect from mobile devices to the ITAN: Management Balance 3.1 corporate information system implemented at the enterprise.

The ITAN: Management Balance software product is a multifunctional constructor based on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform, designed for the effective management of corporate finances of enterprises. The universal system, developed taking into account the needs of domestic and international companies, helps to plan the activities of the enterprise for different periods of time, gain full control over financial business processes, make thoughtful and strategically correct decisions and fully automate financial management, including:

1. Management accounting and financial reporting (prepared according to IFRS, RAS, GAAP);
2. Budgeting and strategic financial planning;
3. Budgetary control and operational management of funds;
4. Management of contracts and document flow;
5. Management of business processes and approval of documents.

The ITAN software is a universal multi-component constructor that includes a wide variety of models, so it can be used in all industries and business areas, providing an excellent opportunity to introduce high-quality financial management and management accounting in any company.

In the ITAN: Management Balance version 3.1.210729.210927, the following functionality has been specially adapted to work on mobile devices: approvals, payment requests, contracts, parts of contracts, clauses of contracts, function panels. For other sections, automatically generated mobile forms are used.

Attention!

The mobile client requires the implemented solution "ITAN: Management Balance" versions 3.1.210729.210927 and higher.
By default, the application works with the ITAN: Management Balance database published on the demo server. To add it, you need to click on + in the upper right corner and register the base with addresses (any of them):

2. http://demo.itan.ru:88/TestWeb2
3. http://demo.itan.ru:88/TestWeb3

Adding a base is also possible using a QR code.

To generate a QR code for the base, you need to open any online program to create it and write the following text there:

[Name of your IB in the list]
Connect=ws="http://host/Folder/";

http://host/folder/ is the publication of your infobase on the web server.

Next, you need to go to the "Settings" section in the main menu (3 dots in the upper right corner) and select the "Add using QR code" item. In the window that opens, scan the previously created QR code.

The mobile client works with a permanent connection to the Internet.
