In bad need of additional features besides just a ticket manager. All of the core functionality of ITarian is missing and badly needed by the community. This app also doesn't get updated nearly as often as it should be. The last update was over 8 months ago. Very disappointing.

This app currently only allows for ticket management. It would be fantastic if it supported device and patch management, so that I could run procedures and deploy software on the go. ITarian / Comodo team, I highly recommend you add this functionality.

App doesnt work properly. I have a valid account I use regularly with a browser on the European server. Doesnt allow login, says staff not found. If I use the wrong password purposefully it tells me as such so it knows the account exists. I'd love to use this app if it worked but I can find no documentation on that error message.
