It used to be a great app, though since last week it started crashing randomly and now I can't even type my password to log in because it crashes automatically when clicking on any one button. Can't even access my iToken to perform online transactions on my computer! It's outrageous that I cannot use the bank services due to a bugged app. Before you ask, my phone is up-to-date and has no pending software updates; all other apps function normally.

Archaic, slow and years behind the competition. Also it's worryingly almost always running in the background accessing stuff like camera, storage, location, etc. Does have decent investment options though. In short: avoid it unless you absolutely cannot use any other bank for whatever you're doing.
