too many pop-up ads when opening the app. incredibly inconvenient and perhaps even dangerous when needing bank services during emergencies

The bank blocks my transactions to top up my transport card Jaé.Then in app there is zero help, only virtual assistant who misleads the topic every time I raise it.

It used to be a great app, though since last week it started crashing randomly and now I can't even type my password to log in because it crashes automatically when clicking on any one button. Can't even access my iToken to perform online transactions on my computer! It's outrageous that I cannot use the bank services due to a bugged app. Before you ask, my phone is up-to-date and has no pending software updates; all other apps function normally.
