It Takes a Village helps families coordinate childcare with caregivers they invite into a private “village.” Create childcare events on a shared calendar, see coverage at a glance with color‑coded status, and let members respond with Yes, Backup, or No for both primary and backup coverage. No more texting, calling, waiting for replies, fielding responses, and then starting over when someone says no.

It Takes A Village is a shared calendar childcare coordination app. Download the app, invite your friends, family, and other trusted caregivers to your village, then create coverage requests where your village can respond and see where they can help. Extra work shift? Ask everyone, or a select group, they see responses and can coordinate via comments while you are busy. Take the group texts, mom guilt, and stress out of planning.
