ITDA-Pulse is the official mobile app for monitoring and managing ITDA (Integrated Tribal Development Agency) institutions. It is used by field staff, supervisors, and administrators to record and verify data from schools, hostels, and other assigned institutions.
WHO USES THIS APP
• Field staff: Submit attendance, food menus, photos, activity reports, and other data from assigned institutions.
• Verifiers and managers: Review and verify submissions, manage institutions and users.
• Superadmins and admins: Configure departments, posts, institutions, features, and user access across the organization.
MAIN FEATURES
• Food Monitoring – Log meal types, menu items, and submissions with photos; track schedules by institution.
• Activity Monitoring – Complete assigned activities and submit reports with location and photos.
• Geotagged Photos – Capture and upload photos with location for verification and records.
• Dynamic Parameters – Monitor and submit custom parameters defined for your department.
• Sick Reporting – Report and track student sickness with photos and recovery updates.
• Grievance Management – Submit and handle grievances with profiles and attachments.
• Token Management – Generate and manage access tokens (where enabled).
ACCESS AND SECURITY
• Login with organization email and password (assigned by your administrator).
• Role-based access: Your level and assigned features determine which modules you see.
