Complaint Management Solution (CMS) is an one stop solution for Support and Service Management Solution for Bangladesh Army. This support cell initially covers the basis services rendered to Army personals in different Cantonment Areas and Residential Zones dedicated for Army.

Core Functional Modules:
1. Internet Related Support: Support Provided by Army IT Support Organization (AITSO)
2. Telephone Related Support:
3. Dish Related Support
4. Military Engineering Services (MES) : MES related service and support like Furniture, Wall Paint, Water Pipe, Electric and Sanitary related issues.

User of CMS app can raise any support ticket with the help of this mobile apps. Support Ticket will be forwarded to respective concerned department as per Ticket nature and category.

This app will ensure the users fast, smooth and traceable support service as like one stop solution for all Complaint related issue of Bangladesh Army.
