The Alerts System is the official application of the Gamma Group for managing and communicating clinical alerts in real time among healthcare teams.
KEY FEATURES
• Clinical alerts in SBAR format (Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation) for structured communication.
• Three levels of urgency: Urgent, Moderate, and Routine, with distinct sounds.
• Instant push notifications—urgent alerts sound even when the device is on silent.

• Access to the patient's medical record directly from the alert.
• Differentiated roles: nurses, physicians, on-call supervisors, and administrators.

WHO IS IT FOR?
Authorized healthcare personnel of the Gamma Group: physicians, nurses, security guards, and administrative staff. Access requires credentials issued by the institution.
SECURITY
The application uses strong authentication and optional biometrics. Clinical data is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS and processed exclusively within the Gamma Group infrastructure.
