If you use more than one device or allow other people to see what you’ve added, we sync the data between all devices and people - and we even work off-line, without Wifi or phone coverage.

INVITE PEOPLE
Add people to your Account for enhanced capabilities and teamwork or share a single Space (location or collection) of Items with other people with View Only or Add/Edit rights. It's up to you!

UPC / EAN BAR CODES
You can add Items from over 400 million items in our database simply by scanning the Items UPC or EAN Code.

RECEIPT AND EXPENSE MANAGEMENT
We do more than just catalog everything you own. Snap a photo of the proof of purchase in seconds, attach PDF receipts or add more detailed information such as price, purchase location and currency, and even categorize receipts by the expense type for reporting or exporting to a spreadsheet.

NOTES - LINK TO YOUTUBE VIDEOS
Add Notes, Photos or YouTube Videos to any item so you never forget anything again! You can also add Location and Job images, making them easier to find. (ex: great for photos of the paint color you used in a room when it's time for a touch-up). By adding YouTube videos to notes - you can instantly view it rather than searching for it again. Notes are perfect for how-to guides for proper instructions.

Ratings and reviews

I really like the app, but it gives me issues from time to time. Like I can't take pictures while in the app. I first have to take pictures then add. In addition, it will not scan bar codes until I first open the app, close it, then open it again. Today, it will not let me move past the initial screen. But when it does work, I love it. Update: customer support was able to help me identify that the issues i was having was due to my phone and settings, not the app itself. So 5 stars instead of 3!

I tried out the app on my Samsung note tablet, liked it, so I decided to subscribe, then tried to load it on my Samsung note 9-will not open! Plenty of memory and storage, restarted, uninstalled, reloaded, NOTHING. No easy way to contact company. Tablet does not have flash, and not always handy to document items, so I guess I need a refund. Make sure the app works on ALL of your devices before committing to any subscription. This app can't update across all devices if it won't work on phone.

The app is really good, I like everything about this, I've been using it for collectibles lists and I'm really satisfied with it but I've been hit with a subscription wall and I'm just going back to making spreadsheets. I'd prefer if there was a one time purchase option bc everything is already a subscription and I have enough stuff I have to pay for forever Edit: I stand by my judgement, freescription is becoming just as bad as freemium, I'm not renting another thing

What's new

Instead of simply adding people to Itemtopia, the new Additional Users feature allows them to log in with a separate account and collaborate on Spaces while keeping activity logs of what each user does.
