"Mom, let me see that screen."
Smartphone usage, which was difficult to explain over the phone, can now be taught by showing the screen directly.
CareLink is a remote care app that connects elderly parents with their children.
◆ How to Use
1. Parents: Simply press the large [Request Help] button on the home screen.
2. Children: Receive a notification that rings like a phone call and press [Connect].
3. A voice call is connected, and if the parent agrees, the parent's screen is displayed to the child in real-time.
4. Children can guide their parents by drawing on the screen with a red pen, saying, "Press here."
