YachtProvision

ITForge Ltd

About this app

The free provisioning planner every yacht should have aboard — track stock, see what is running low and plan every provisioning run, with route and fuel tools alongside. It all keeps working offline, out at sea, with no signal.

Then, when you are heading into port, see which local suppliers can deliver to your berth and order ahead.

For yacht crews — free

• Provisioning planner — track stock aboard and see what is running low before it runs out, so every provisioning run is planned
• Auto-Route — multi-stop passage planning that bends each leg around islands and coastline, so nautical miles match the track you will actually sail
• Fuel calculator — consumption and cost per route, so bunkering is planned, not improvised
• Works offline — the planning tools do not need a signal
• Supplier discovery — GPS-matched suppliers surface as you navigate toward the port
• Supplier requests — cannot find what you need? Request it and we go recruit that supplier
• Berth arrangement — book a mooring through the marina's registered Marinero

Everything above is free, and stays useful whether or not you ever place an order.

When you want to order ahead

Where suppliers are live, you can order before you arrive: fresh produce, premium proteins, bakery, beverages, gourmet provisions, cleaning supplies, linens, guest amenities, flowers, water toys, medical and wellness items, crew uniforms, galley equipment, fuel, chandlery, spare parts and technical services.

Verified suppliers, protected payment

Every supplier is verified against official business registries and monitored for fraud on an ongoing basis. Every vessel is verified against maritime registries. Payment is held securely until the QR scan confirms delivery, so both sides know exactly where they stand.

For marine suppliers — free forever

• Free to join, free to list, no subscription and no setup fee
• Advance order notifications with vessel ETA, vessel type and exact items
• Simple catalogue — bulk import from a spreadsheet or add products manually
• Fixed price or quote-only per item, for products and for services
• Accept or reject every request in one tap, with no penalty
• QR delivery scan that triggers your payout automatically
• Ready-to-invoice instruction for every paid order, with VAT treatment already determined
• Analytics by port, category and season, so you stock and price on real demand
• Port collection or boat delivery — you choose, and you price each option
• Verified trust badge on your profile

Suppliers keep 100% of what they quote. The platform service fee is charged to the yacht, on top of your price — never deducted from you.

How it works

1. Register free — vessel or company details, verified automatically
2. Plan and track — keep stock up to date in the provisioning planner, and use the route and fuel tools straight away
3. Order ahead — where suppliers are live, the order arrives before the vessel does, with funds already secured
4. Scan and go — one QR scan confirms delivery and releases payment automatically
