AISnet ITG — Academic Services in One App

AISnet ITG is the official Academic Information System application of the Garut Institute of Technology (ITG) for Students, Parents/Guardians, and Lecturers.

Through AISnet ITG, users can access academic information, course activities, financial services, campus announcements, and various other supporting services conveniently through their Android devices. Menus and information are displayed according to each user's role and access rights.

Features for Students

Lectures and Study Plans
- View class schedules, online lectures, and mid-term and final exam schedules.
- Fill out the study contract for the current semester.
- Apply for guardianship and consult with a Tutor.

Study Results and Attendance
- Monitor lecture attendance summaries.
- View available mid-term and final exam scores.
- Access the Study Result Card (KHS) and transcripts.

Finance, Information, and Assistance
- Check billing details, payment status, and tuition fee transaction history.
- Complete the Lecturer Satisfaction Survey and Institutional Services.
- Receive official campus announcements.
- Contact the support service via the Hotline.

Features for Parents/Guardians

AISnet ITG helps Parents/Guardians track student progress through the following information:
- Online class and lecture schedules.
- Absence and attendance recaps.
- Midterm, Final, and Final Exam scores, and provisional transcripts.
- Tuition billing and payment history.
- Official announcements and important information from the campus.

Features for Lecturers

Lectures and Academic Guidance
- View teaching schedules and online lecture information.
- Monitor student attendance recaps.
- Review student guardianship and study contracts.
- Communicate with students via the guardianship chat.

Assessments and Surveys
- Manage midterm, final, supplementary, and supplementary final exam scores.
- Complete surveys on institutional services, vision and mission, lectures, and the Tutoring Advisor.

Research, Community Service, and Intellectual Property
- Manage Research and Community Service (PKM) proposals.
- Review PPM invitations and manage activity members.
- Monitor Additional Outputs, Annual Obligations, validation stages, and funding disbursement.
- Submit and monitor Copyright progress.

Lecturer Information
- Access salary and honorarium information for available academic activities.
- Receive campus announcements and notifications of important activities.

Integrated Notifications

ITG's AISnet notifications help users stay informed about important information and status changes. When selected, notifications can direct users directly to related services, including guardianship, chat, validation, Research/PKM, Additional Outputs, Annual Obligations, funding disbursement, and Copyright.
