Reviews are done discreetly without affecting the genuine customer experience. Ghost Guest covers the entire journey of a customer in a restaurant: from booking, receiving and taking the order, to the quality of the food, the interaction with the staff, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the way the customer is led to leave.

After the visit, the evaluator fills in a structured form directly from the application. Each answer contributes to a valuable overview for managers and owners.
