Teacher Diary was developed with a focus on saving time and maximizing efficiency for busy teachers. It minimizes complex features and provides a simple yet systematic way to use the essential core functions. Furthermore, because it operates on local storage, it remains stable regardless of network conditions, allowing teachers to access and manage data anytime, anywhere.

The app consists of four core functions: schedule management, consultation record management, note management, and student and teacher information management.

The schedule management function allows teachers to easily register and manage various schedules, such as classes, meetings, consultations, events, and deadlines. It offers features optimized for teachers' work environments, such as recurring schedule settings, notifications, and color-coded schedules. Furthermore, schedule data can be easily exported and imported as a CSV file, making it easy to manage data across devices and platforms.

The Counseling Record Management feature allows you to systematically organize and manage counseling records for each student. You can search or filter by student name, grade, class, and other information. You can also save notes, attached images, and reference materials needed during counseling sessions, allowing you to more efficiently track counseling history.

Furthermore, the Note Management feature allows teachers to easily record class preparation, meeting notes, and work ideas. Various note formats are supported, including general notes, account notes, and class notes, and tags and image attachments allow for quick access to required materials. Notes can be exported and imported as CSV files, allowing for easy backup and transfer to other devices or services.
