Get AI-powered support for decisions in your daily life. Created by and for neurodivergent minds to help relieve decision fatigue and paralysis.

WHY WE CREATED DECIDE:
Adults make 33,000 decisions a day, and for neurodivergent brains, that can be a recipe for burnout. We combine AI and research-backed processes to take the stress and overwhelm out of the choices we face, big and small.


There are two tools within Decide: Guided and Random.

GUIDED:
Ask anything and get context-appropriate reflection questions that are easy to answer. After answering, get a best recommendation for next steps and instructions on how to follow through. Answer more questions or add more context to further refine the recommendation.

RANDOM:
Create lists for your routine decisions, like your coffee order or dopamine menu. Set energy levels for each option, and pick randomly later based on how you’re feeling.
