Get started by registering a profile and selecting your preferred work locations. Every agent goes through a verification process before gaining access to customer assignments. Once a Relationship Manager approves your profile, you can view available customer profiles and accept the ones you're ready to verify and manage.

To keep work accountable and prevent duplication, each customer profile can be accepted by only one agent at a time. After you accept a profile, it becomes exclusively yours — other agents can't access or process the same case. From there, you're responsible for verifying the profile and supporting the customer throughout the matchmaking journey.

When a match request is created, administrators or relationship managers assign the case to the right agent. As the assigned agent, you can review match details, monitor progress in real time, and update customer statuses at every stage. Role-based access control ensures each user sees only what's relevant to their responsibilities, keeping data secure and workflows focused.
