About this app

ITNS Connect is a SIP soft client that extends VoIP functionality beyond the land line or desktop. It brings features of the ITNS Connect platform directly to end-user's mobile devices as a Unified Communications solution. With ITNS Connect, users are able to maintain the same identity when making or receiving calls from any location, regardless of their device. They are also able seamlessly send an ongoing call from one device to another and continue that call without interruption. ITNS Connect grants users the ability to manage contacts, voicemail, call history and configurations in a single location. This includes the management of answering rules. greetings, and presence which all contribute to more efficient communication.

What’s new

1. Added compatibility with the following system-level configurations.
- Supports Linkus login with extension number.
- A prompt may appear for duplicate SMS/WhatsApp sessions, notifying you whether to take over the session from the original handler.
2. Optimized Voicemail feature:
- Supports forwarding voicemails to specified extensions.
- Dialing feature codes to play forwarded voicemails triggers a voice prompt indicating the source extension number.
