GM was very rude when I (an essential worker) was concerned about being late for work because the company as a whole made no attempt to warn regular/new customers (I pay) about route/time changes. The GM straight lied about saying this app would have all the current route/times. After realizing the app was not correct at all, I called dispatch and a completely different employee states "oh yeah that hasn't been updated in days." Really tusting company when their "GM" blatantly lying to riders.
