The 4me app makes it easy for enterprise employees to request support, and for support specialists to work on these requests when they are on the go.
The 4me App allows its users to:
- Search for knowledge articles (FAQs)
- Submit requests to IT, HR, facilities, etc.
- Track previously submitted requests
- Collaborate with requesters and support specialists
- Resolve requests
- Approve changes
- Work on project tasks
- Receive push notifications
- Add photos to requests and tasks
- Provide feedback on completed requests
- Submit and track time entries
- Report on service quality

It is the only ESM solution that makes it possible for all internal departments, like IT, HR and Facilities, to work together seamlessly with each other, as well as with the managed service providers to which some services have been outsourced. In addition to supporting the ITIL processes, 4me also provides fully integrated knowledge management, time tracking and project management capabilities.
