Ratings and reviews

Not a fan of the app. It's clunky and visually unappealing (compared to Kraken). When clicking on a saved coin in the market watch it then requires you to click your account before you can see any of the data. It is not current with prices, it lags. No ability to do true limit orders. The "ad" for the Premium Custody account never goes away even though I have closed it out and said I wasn't interested numerous times. "Trusty" the chatbot doesn't work, at least for me.

The app crashes but mostly just whenever the market makes big moves and you want to buy or sell. Even when the app works there's a premium for both buying and selling so that make money off you at every possible moment. Don't even think about trading on a regular basis with this app. You pay there percentage, plus the horribly skewed crypto prices and all orders are performed at the worst possible price point. On top of that the app just mysteriously breaks when the market spikes up or down

I’ve been really disappointed with iTrustCapital. Deposits take way too long to clear, so I missed buying crypto at the right time and ended up losing when the price dropped. Their fees are too high compared to other platforms, and they don’t even offer limit orders. The conditional orders just execute however they want. Not worth it.
