This is by far the worst mobile banking app I have ever used. I would give it zero stars if I could. There's no way to reset your password if you've forgotten it, and even when you enter the correct username and password, it won’t log you in. After a few attempts, they’ll suspend your account.

This App doesn't have forgot password link, contact support email link, call us link or website link. It needs to update to make it easier for the users instead of waiting a call back or calling Al amal bank to reset a forgotten password other facilities the App should have. The worst thing is how disrespectful and unprofessional are those who are responsible for the account security who are based in Garowe after you contact them neglecting the situation and ignoring the client's concerns.

new things always it has a challenge, i used old one it was not bad, but new one when tried to open was shows me message error like device isn't secure, application terminated, i removed some application till some error, not only me i saw other poeple also complain this issue
