Check your direction while viewing your phone's tilt, current location, and altitude simultaneously.
A large compass and Korean directions are displayed on a black background. Check the tilt using the central level, and tap the location name below to open the current coordinates in the installed map app.
Key Features
• Displays azimuths from 0 to 359 degrees and North, Northeast, East, Southeast, South, Southwest, West, and Northwest
• Level in the center of the compass
• Displays latitude, longitude, and Korean location names
• Displays the location altitude provided by the device
• Tap the location name to open the map app
• Keeps the screen on while using the app
The compass and level can be used even without location permissions if the device has the necessary sensors. Location permissions and the device's location services are required for location, location names, and altitude. Korean location names are verified without an internet connection using the administrative boundaries included in the app. Boundary data is based on July 1, 2026, and is updated via app updates. For overseas locations or outside the boundaries, a map connection guide is displayed instead of the location name.
Directions are based on Magnetic North. Errors may occur depending on the condition of magnets, metals, electronic devices, or sensors. Altitude is displayed based on sea level if the device provides a reference value; otherwise, it is classified as GPS altitude. Since the two altitudes use different standards, the values may differ.
You can use the service without advertisements, in-app purchases, or sign-ups. Location history is not stored, nor is location tracked in the background. Location names are retrieved internally on the device, and coordinates are not sent to external servers. If the user selects to connect to a map, the coordinates are transmitted to the corresponding map app.
