Ettihad Community helps residential buildings run daily operations in one place. Building managers can use a bilingual AI co-manager through text and voice to review dues and expenses, understand payment records, prepare announcements, and coordinate resident operations.
Managers can create and manage a building, invite residents, organize units, track dues, record expenses, review payment proof, manage resident credit balances, publish announcements, and keep official building records organized. Residents can view dues, submit payment proof, follow announcements, vote, access shared files, and stay connected to their building.
Ettihad is designed primarily for residential buildings. It also supports compounds and other residential communities that need the same tools across more units and members.
Ettihad supports building payment-method details and payment-proof review, but it does not process payments, hold funds, transfer money, provide loans, or offer banking services. Residents pay their building or community directly outside the app, and Ettihad helps organize the records.
The app also includes account security features, English and Arabic support, service-provider tools, and reporting and moderation controls.
