This app has never worked. I have to pay a "convenience" fee at the kiosk to use the kiosk but I have no options. Why am I paying a fee (for 10 years now) for the most inconvenient task. Seems like this fee should be illegal to charge if not offering any viable options.

Out of nowhere started to act up, not reading the meter!!! They told me to uninstall the application and reinstall it (I told them I did that last month) they insisted, wasted time it did not work. 1 hour back and forth to no avail. App really sucks!!!

They turned off my water after bill was paid & my landlord had to record of my paying it for the previous 4 months. I've been using this app for 10 months on didn't start getting a bill or a way to access one until 2 months ago.
