Out of nowhere started to act up, not reading the meter!!! They told me to uninstall the application and reinstall it (I told them I did that last month) they insisted, wasted time it did not work. 1 hour back and forth to no avail. App really sucks!!!

They turned off my water after bill was paid & my landlord had to record of my paying it for the previous 4 months. I've been using this app for 10 months on didn't start getting a bill or a way to access one until 2 months ago.

This app is always a problem.Its not accepting my nickname & it's not reading the serial #.I put the serial # in manual & still says the serial # is not with my meter.C/S is not resolving this issue as they should b.this company will shut off my water & I have to b @ work.this problem is with who created this undependable app. Worse app ever
